Staying here was such a treat since it's just a short walk to the beautiful Dubai Museum and the cultural vibe of Al Ghurair Center, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local scene. the helpful reception staff added a personal touch that really made me feel welcomed during my visit.

Not everything went smoothly. The air conditioning in my room was a gamble—it worked at times, but there were moments it failed altogether. The bathroom amenities felt lacking, with only one towel for two guests and low water pressure in the shower. Additionally, the TV channels made for an annoying experience, being a hassle to navigate. It's an average place, definitely better suited for budget-focused travelers rather than those seeking an upscale experience.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities on-site. Perhaps a pool would be a great addition for families with children.
