The room was very small - even by Dubai standards, but it had everything in it. Cupboards, safe deposit, mini fridge, TV, tea/coffee etc. The bed was very comfortable. Bedsheets crisp and towels soft. The room was clean. There was even a pair of Hawaii slippers. There was no mineral water in the room but the call to reception was promptly answered and water delivered to room in matter of minutes - compliments of the hotel :)
The room was very small. Still cannot make out why the hotel management decided to put in a microscopically small bath tub in toilet. The bath tub was clean but badly scratched. It felt as if someone had put acid in it to clean it. Definitely not worth the 100$ per night that I had to pay for it. Maybe the price was high because of Super Peak Period (Eid Holidays). The ideal rate for this hotel should be in the range of 55$ to 70$ max.
Location and ease of access
When I take the elevator with a girl, someone from the reception comes up with us and steers at us until each one goes to his/her room. This is unprofessional and weird. In addition, If I was to bring a mate with me to the room (a girl for example), I will have to pay an additional aed100 for no reason at the receptions. Come on people, this is so weird and it doesn't happen anywhere else in the world. Add to this that the valet parking guy does not know how to drive. I had to move a couple of cars myself in order to reach my car, which was annoying. Last, the room was not cleaned during the 5 day stay at the hotel. I have never seen this before..... For $65 per night there are minimum expectations, and these were not met...
The room was too smoll
The location is good and accessible to Metro train where you can take a ride easily to tour DUbai
The check -in and check out time
Room was very small and I had a flight early morning so I asked for wake up call but they forgot and did not wake me up so I missed my flight
The staff were very friendly and made sure all my needs were met
Maxim restaurant's food and limited variation of food available.
The proximity to the airport is perfect.
I was staying for only a few hours until my connecting flight. I had asked for a wake-up call, which they had completely forgotten about. As a result I missed a very important flight and had to stay in Dubai for a further 24 hours. The staff were completely unhelpful and didn't apologize for their mistake. Also, I thought I had paid online, but then had to pay in cash upon leaving. So make sure about how you've paid!
Fair price, near to the metro station and the staff are friendly.
The hotel was Near The metro.
The room was not clean at all. The sheets/the bed was filled with black hair. The bathroom was not clean. The bathtub had a big black hair. Bad Internet connection.
Very Cody and nice hotels. Good location. Very clean and stylish.
Nice place to stay on it. If your plan to stay outside the hotel and using hotel for sleeping only that is the right place to go . although the single room in small but it's comfortable for only one not recommend the couples to get that room.
The hotel is located quite close to the Airport and metro station. They also had a shuttle to convey you to the airport which was nice. Travelling via the metro is fast and saves you alota money. The rooms are small but comfortable and cute. Staff were very courteous and willing to help. Hotel is also conveniently located to Deira city center and is a walking distance. I quite enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone
At the time of visit the hotel restaurant was not functional. There however are other restaurants close by who deliver right to your room so this was not much of an issue. They should however increase the choices of restaurants that customers can select from as I was only offered three options, one being a Pakistani restaurant. Being a Nigerian that really limited my range of selection.
The small distance to airport terminal 1, burjumann mall and deira city center.
This is the most worst hotel I have ever been. The room was very very dirty. There was hair and dust on the floor, in the bathroom and the bath tub. I even asked 2 more bath towels because the bath tub was so filty, i didnt want to stand bare foot in it, so I put the towels in the bath tub. Thats how I took a shower. Not to mention toilet where you can see splatters of shit. I put the toilet paper on the sink before so i dont had to look at it. During my sleep I felt someting itching on my arm and it was a bug. After that i didnt want to go to sleep any more. The hotel is way too far from mall of the emirates, dubai mall, dubai marina mall, jumeirah beach, ibn battuta mall and jbr the walk. This hood is where most of the indians live. You will not see arabs around here. As you can read in the other reviews they didnt wake me up as I requested. Luckily I had an alarm on my phone. DO NOT ASK THEM TO WAKE YOU.i can garantee you'll miss your flight.
The hotel is clean and the staff were nice.
Small bathroom, no hot water in the shower although it is available in the wash sink. Hotel is not guest friendly.
Price (cheapest on new year season). Location (everything is near and can be reached by walking including restaurants, supermarkets, and night clubs). Guest Friendly with a cost of 100 AED per guest. Very friendly and respectful staff that are eager to help.
We had to wait 30 minutes before checking in since that the room was being cleaned. Small room that was not really clean. Bad unusable slow WIFI internet that keeps disconnecting.
